Yoga for Autism & Special Needs

This is an hour Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Vibration class designed to allow individuals with Autism and their families to reduce stress and calm the body and mind. It is ideal for those that want to use yoga in their everyday lives to help self-regulate stress. The forms are gentle, beginner, and Hatha - based. 

*Parent/Guardians or Caregivers must attend with the student*

*Classes hold 10 students so please reserve your spot*
