The First Accessible Yoga Conference in NYC!

I am so deeply incredibly grateful and honored to be one of the presenters with my good friend, mentor and teacher Sharon Manner who is the founder of Samadhi Sun and Ashrams for Autism at The first Accessible Yoga Conference NYC at Integral Yoga Institute New York City! Accessible Yoga is a grass-roots, non-profit movement founded by Jivana HeymanAccessible Yoga strives to educate and inspire on a global scale by sharing the benefits of Yoga with anyone who doesn’t have access to these teachings - regardless of ability or background. This includes excluded or under-served communities, people with disabilities, chronic illness, and seniors. Jivana Heyman is also the co-owner of the Santa Barbara Yoga Center, manager of the Integral Yoga Institute of San Francisco, California, and an Integral Yoga minister. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share how the benefits of yoga and meditation can help improve the lives of individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
